Pumpkinfest Cookbook "Harvest Delectables"

Great Cortland Pumpkinfest Cookbook The "Harvest Delectables" cookbook is a compilation of 250 recipes that celebrate Central New York’s prolific bounties, gathered from spring to frost. In addition to recipes, the book offers helpful cooking hints, cooking terms, substitution measurements, and more. More than 110 community members and friends of the Pumpinfest contributed their favorite recipes. The cookbook is lovingly dedicated to our friend and charter member of the Pumpkinfest Committee, Carol Deloff, who passed away in November of 2011. The book will be sold for $10 at the Great Cortland Pumpkinfest, or prior to the festival at Bangles, Bags, and Bling, 101 Main Street, Cortland or at the Cortland County Convention and Visitors’ Bureau, 37 Church Street.
